City Council Chambers Conference Room Kruckeberg, Penman, Parrille The applicant is requesting a Modification to replace the existing 5' -0" wood fence with a new 6'- 0" fence above the existing retaining wall, which will increase the overall height from 9' -7" to 10' -7 This will exceed the maximum permitted height of 6' -0" (AMC Sec. 9251.2.13.3). The applicant is requesting a Modification to maintain the existing 5' -6" northerly side yard setback in lieu of 10' -6" required for a new 927 square foot, one -story addition at the rear of the existing residence (AMC Sec. 9252.2.3). The Highland Oaks Homeowners' Association has reviewed and approved the architectural design of the proposed project.
