HomeMy WebLinkAboutNoticeNOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the owner of the subject property is proposing to build a new ten-unit multiple-family project that is subject to the City’s Multi-Family Architectural Design Review process. You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below:
A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15332 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for an In-fill Development Project; and
B. Multiple-Family Architectural Design Review No. MFADR No. 24-04
Project Description: The Applicant is proposing a new, ten-unit multi-family development which will comprise of three separate three-story, modern-style buildings. Each unit will have an attached two-car garage and will provide approximately 2,000 square feet of living area. The project will provide the code required guest parking spaces, bike parking, and required common open spaces. The project complies with City’s Multi-Family Developments Standards and Design Guidelines.
