NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold a public
hearing for the following Project, as described below.
A. A Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Section 15332 of the
CEQA Guidelines – In-Fill Development; and
B. Multiple Family Architectural Design Review No. MFADR 25-01 and
Tentative Parcel Map No. TPM 25-03 (84859)
Project Description: A request for a new three-unit, three-story, Modern-Transitional style multiple-family residential development and a tentative tract map to subdivide the project into condominiums.
