A Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Section 15332 of the CEQA Guidelines – In-Fill Development; and B. Tentative Tract Map No. TTM 25-02 (84785) A request for Tentative Tract Map to merge two existing parcels totaling 14,750 square feet and subdivide the airspace for an approved 10 unit Cape Cod style residential condominium development. The 10 unit multi-family project (Multiple-Family Architectural Design Review No. MFADR 24-05) was approved previously by the City on April 15, 2025 by a streamlined review process under the provisions of Senate Bill (SB) 330.   .  Applicant: Philip Chan (PDS Studio Inc.) on behalf of the property owner, Mesa Col, LLC.
