You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303(a) from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the new construction of one single- family dwelling; and B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 25-05 Project Description: The project includes a new 3,898 square foot, two-story, Modern -style single-family residence with an attached 461 square foot two-car garage and a 95 square foot front porch. The project also includes a 663 square foot attached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) which is not subject to the City’s Single Family Architectural Design Review process.
