HomeMy WebLinkAbout7647RESOLUTION THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE THE CITY DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF TO THE WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arcadia is eligible to receive Federal and/or State funding for certain transportation planning-related plans, through the California Department of Transportation; and WHEREAS, a Restricted Grant Agreement is needed to be executed with the California Department of Transportation before such funds can be reimbursed through the Sustainable Transportation Planning Grant Program; and WHEREAS, the City of Arcadia wishes to delegate authorization to execute these agreements and any amendme nts thereto; and NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The City Council authorizes and directs the City Manager, or designee, to execute all Restricted Grant Agreements and any amendments thereto with the California Department of Transportation. SECTION 2. The Resolution is effective upon its adoption by the City Council. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
