ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rancho Santa Anita POA Architectural Review
Board will hold a public hearing for the project described below. The project includes the
following:
PROJECT ADDRESS: 1100 W. Orange Grove Ave
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: New Single-Family Residence
Lot Size: 37,900 sq. ft.
Existing Building Size: 3,231 sq. ft.
New Building Size (excluding the garage): 11,640 sq. ft. and ADU of 785 sq. ft.
Floor Area Ratio Allowed: 12,475 sq. ft.
APPLICANT: Benjamin Voong
HEARING DATE AND TIME: Thursday, October 30, 2025, 6:00 PM
PLACE OF HEARING: City Council Chamber Conference Room, Arcadia City Hall

Persons wishing to comment on the project and/or environmental documents may do so
at the public hearing or by submitting written statements to Sanjay Kucheria prior to the
October 30, 2025 hearing. This notice was mailed on: September 16, 2025. You may visit
the City’s website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov/noticesanddecisions to view this notice, the
architectural plans related to this project, and the Findings and Action Form.
Per Government Code Section 65009 – If you challenge this project in court or in administrative hearing,
you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described
in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Sanjay Kucheria, at or prior to the public hearing.
In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, if you need special assistance to participate in this
meeting, please contact Sanjay Kucheria at (818) 246-1143. Notification of three business days prior to the
meeting will enable the ARB to make reasonable arrangements to assure accessibility to this meeting.
