CALL TO ORDER -Mayor Kwan called the Closed Session to order at 6:00 p.m.

CLOSED SESSION
a. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9 (d)(1) to confer with legal counsel
regarding the matter of Moises Anguiano v. City of Arcadia, Arcadia Public Works
Services Department; and Does 1-30, inclusive (Case No. 23AHCV00981 ).
b.Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9 (d)(2) to confer with legal counsel
regarding the Workers' Compensation matter of Brett Bourgeous (Claim #22-
162513 and Claim #24-176675/WCAB Case No. ADJ18717812).
The Closed Session ended at 6:21 p.m.
