NOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the tenant/owner of the subject property is requesting a Minor Use Permit to operate a medical clinic. You have the opportunity to provide comments prior to the City making a decision on the request provided below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15301 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the use of an existing facility.
B. Minor Use Permit No. MUP 25-11
Request: A request for a Minor Use Permit to allow the operation of a medical clinic, specifically to provide therapeutic support for individuals with mental health conditions, including history of substance use, disorders, or co-occurring diagnoses on an outpatient basis. The proposed hours of operation will be from 8:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. The clinic will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Comment Period: November 17, 2025 to December 1, 2025 at 5:30 PM
