The above parties agree as follows: Covina 1. The City owns and its employees periodically use a lift bucket upon the written or Duarte oral request by the City to the District to perform the following services, and /or upon written or oral request by the District, the City shall make the lift bucket El Monte available to the District to transport their staff to the tops of trees to remove bees when: Glendora Industry a. The District and the City shall each provide and maintain at their own expense during the term of this agreement the following insurance coverage: a. Comprehensive General Liability Insurance endorsed for Premises - Operation, Product /Completed Operations, Contractual, Broad Form Property Damage, and Personal Injury with combined single limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence. b. Comprehensive Automobile Liability endorsed for all owned and non -owned vehicles with a combined single limit of $300,000 per occurrence. Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability that meets all applicable requirements of the labor code of the State of California and which covers all persons providing services under this agreement and all risks they encounter while providing these services. This Agreement shall be in effect until one party receives a written notice from the other party that the Agreement is terminated.
