NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold a public
hearing for the following Project, as described below.
A. A Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Section 15332 of the
CEQA Guidelines – In-Fill Development; and
B. Tentative Tract Map No. TPM 25-06 (84918)
A request for Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide the airspace of an existing
parcel for a 4-unit Contemporary style residential condominium development.
The 4-unit multi-family project (Multiple-Family Architectural Design Review No.
MFADR 25-03) is subject to a streamlined review process under the provisions
of Senate Bill (SB) 330.
