you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described
in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to Greg Medeiros at or prior to the public hearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rancho Santa Anita Residents Association
Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing for the project described below:
A Categorical Exemption from California Environmental Quality Act Pursuant to Section
15303, Class 3 and Section 15304
PROJECT ADDRESS: 600 N. Old Ranch Road
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant is proposing a 975 square foot addition and
interior remodel. The entire addition is to the rear of the house. On the first floor, a dining
room/sunroom and outdoor wooden patio deck will be added. The existing dining room
will be converted to a breakfast room. On the second floor, two new bedrooms will be
added, the master bedroom will be reconfigured, outdoor deck added, and home office
converted to a study room. There is a separate approval to add a one car garage to the
existing two car attached garage. The roof height will remain the same. Project details
and calculations provided by applicant. Not verified.
Lot Size: 25,020 sq. ft.
Building Size (excluding the garage): 4,948 sq. ft.
Lot Coverage Proposed: 5,666/ 25,020 = 22.6 %, allowed 35%)
Floor Area Ratio Proposed: 5,550 sq. ft., allowed 7,554 sq. ft.
