Old Ranch Road PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant is proposing a 975 square foot addition and interior remodel. The entire addition is to the rear of the house. On the first floor, a dining room/sunroom and outdoor wooden patio deck will be added. The existing dining room will be converted to a breakfast room. On the second floor, two new bedrooms will be added, the master bedroom will be reconfigured, outdoor deck added, and home office converted to a study room. There is a separate approval to add a one car garage to the existing two car attached garage. The roof height will remain the same. Project details and calculations provided by applicant.
