NOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant and
Property Owner of the subject property is requesting to operate an online video -and-
audio production company from the subject site. You have the opportunity to comment
on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below:
A. Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Section 15301(a) of the
CEQA Guidelines pertaining to the use of an existing facility; and
B. Minor Use Permit No. MUP 25-10
Project Description: The Applicant is requesting approval to operate a video and
audio production company to create content for online platforms such as YouTube.
The building will contain two stages used for filming and recording interviews,
performances, sermons, and similar content. Marketing and post -production activities
will occur within the existing office area of the building. The media content will be
religious in nature and intended for educational and ministry purposes. No on -site
worship services will occur. Hours of operation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.,
Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to
5:00 p.m.
