NOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN of a Minor Use Permit to permit sport court lighting at a single-family residential property. You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below:
A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15301 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the use of an existing facility; and
B. Minor Use Permit No. MUP 25-07
Project Description: A Minor Use Permit to allow five (5) light posts for
an existing sports court located at 357 Walnut Ave.
