SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 10, 2025
CALL TO ORDER - Chairperson Brewer called the meeting to order at 5:23 p.m. in the City
Council Conference Room.
ROLL CALL OF COMMISSIONERS
PRESENT: Gary Brewer Michael Cham, Karren Levine, Lisa Walton, and Uyen
Wong
ABSENT: Ashish Guha, Vivien Watts,
Commissioner Guha arrived at 5:30 p.m.
It was the consensus of the Commission to excuse Vice Chairperson Watts from this
meeting.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION FROM STAFF REGARDING AGENDA ITEMS - None
PUBLIC COMMENTS - None.

Recommended Action: Approve
It was moved by Chairperson Brewer, seconded by Commissioner Walton, and
carried on a roll call vote to approve the minutes.

a. Conduct final judging for the 2025 Holiday Decoration Awards.
The Commission reviewed and judged 27 submissions for the Holiday Decoration
Awards, and the following 15 properties were the selected winners:
