CALL TO ORDER - Chairperson Brewer called the meeting to order at 5:15 p.m. in the City
Council Conference Room.

a. Approve the Special Meeting Minutes of December 10. 2025
Recommended Action: Approve
It was moved by Commissioner Guha, seconded by Vice Chair Watts, and carried on
a roll call vote to approve the minutes.
AYES: Guha, Watts, Brewer, Cham, Levine, Walton, and Wong
