240 W. Huntington Drive Arcadia, CA 91007
Time 7:00 PM
All interested persons are invited to call in at a public hearing and to produce evidence or
testimony concerning any of the proposed set forth for consideration. You may also submit
testimony via email prior to the hearing to Kerry Maese at kerrymaese@gmail.com. It will be
read into the record at the hearing. You may view plans at

You are hereby advised that appeals from the ARB’s decision shall be made
to the Planning Commission. You may be limited to raising only those issues
and objections, which you or anyone else raises at or prior to the time of the
Public Hearing. Appeals of the decision to the Planning Commission may be
made in writing and delivered to Planning Services at 240 W. Huntington
Drive, Arcadia, CA 91007 within 10 calendar days of the decision and the
appeal fee in accordance with the applicable fee schedule.
