NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold a public
hearing for the following Project, as described below.
A.A Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Section 15315—Minor
Land Divisions of the CEQA Guidelines; and
B.Tentative Parcel Map No. TPM 26-02 (84650)
A request to subdivide the airspace for condominium purposes for an approved 4-unit multi-family residential development located at 157 Genoa Street.
The proposed 4-unit condominium development was approved under Multiple-Family Architectural Design Review No. MFADR 24-01 on December 19, 2024. The Tentative Parcel Map is required to facilitate individual sale and ownership of the approved residential units.
Applicant: Eric Tsang & EGL Associates on behalf of the property owner, Henrui Properties LP.
