the following Project, as described below.
A.A Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Section 15332 of the CEQA
Guidelines – In-Fill Development; and
B.Tentative Parcel Map No. TPM 26-03 (83831)
A request to approve Tentative Parcel Map No. TPM 26-03 (83831) to subdivide the
airspace for an approved two-unit residential condominium development located at 210
El Dorado Street. The residential condominium development was approved by the
Planning Commission on February 27, 2024. A previously approved Tentative Parcel Map
for the project expired before subdivision could be completed. No physical changes to
the approved development are proposed. Approval of the Tentative Parcel Map will
allow the Applicant to subdivide the units.

Hearing Date and Time: Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 6:30 p.m.
Place of Hearing: Arcadia City Council Chambers

Persons wishing to comment on the project and/or environmental documents may do so at the public hearing or by submitting wri tten statements to Planning Services prior to the July 28, 2026 hearing. This notice was mailed and published on July 16, 2026. The staff report for this project will be available on the City's website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov after 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 23, 2026. For more information, you may also visit the City's website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov/noticesanddecisions. City Hall will be closed on Friday, July 24, 2026.
