you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described
in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the [ARB Chairperson Name], at or prior to the
public hearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the SAOHOA Architectural Review Board (ARB) will
hold a public hearing for the project described below. The project includes the following:
A. A Categorical Exemption from California Environmental Quality Act Pursuant to
Section 15303, Class 3
PROJECT ADDRESS: 235 W. Foothill Blvd., Arcadia CA 91006
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A new 8697 square foot, two-stories, prairie style residence,
with 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, 3 half bathrooms, 6 garages. Plus a 500 sq. feet junior
ADU and a new 992 sq. feet ADU.
Lot Size: 36037 sq. ft.
Existing Building Size (excluding the garage): 2527 sq. ft.
New Building Size (excluding the garage): 7205 sq. ft. plus a
500 sq. feet junior ADU and new 992 new ADU
Floor Area Ratio Proposed: 9446 sq. ft. and 26.21%
Floor Area Ratio Allowed: 9450 sq. ft. and 26.22%
