HomeMy WebLinkAboutNotice of Public HearingNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for the Project described below. The Project includes the following:
A. A Categorical Exemption from the California Environmental Quality Act
(CEQA) Pursuant to Section 15303(a) of the CEQA Guidelines pertaining to
New Construction of One, Single-family Residence; and
B. Single-Family Architectural Design Review No. SFADR 26 -02
Project Description: Request for a new 4,158 square-foot, single-story, modern ranch-style single-family residence with an attached three-car garage at 1419 S. 4th Avenue. The proposed residence includes a charcoal-colored standing-seam metal roof. A 580 square-foot detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) is also proposed; however, the ADU is permitted by right and is not subject to discretionary review.
Applicant: LCRA Architects on behalf of property owners Gene Ching and Christina Ching.
