City Council Chambers Conference Room Kruckeberg, Penman, Parrille ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: COMMITTEE MEMBERS PRESENT: COMM. DEV. DIV. REPRESENTATIVE: The applicant is requesting a Modification and an Administrative Single Family Architectural Design Review to allow a 1,033 square -foot, one -story addition to an existing 1,009 square -foot, one -story rear unit that is located on an R -1, single family zoned property and developed with two legal- nonconforming units (AMC Sec. 9252.1.7). The applicant is requesting a Parking Modification for four (4) on -site parking spaces in lieu of 31 spaces required for a 4,323 square -foot dental office and a 1,146 square -foot general office space (AMC 9269.5). There is a five (5) working day appeal period. Appeals are to be filed by 5:30 p.m. on December 2, 2010. Any writings or documents provided to a majority of the Modification Committee members regarding any item on this agenda will be made available for public inspection in the Planning Services office at Arcadia City Hall, 240 W. Huntington Dr., Arcadia, CA 91007 (626) 574 -5423.
