FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOChTION OF LOS A;;iEI~S.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AR,;ADIA D03S Rli:2c:L',jE AS
FOLLO',iS:
SECTION 1. WHEREAS, there has been offered by the Coast
Federal Savings & Loan Association of Los An;;eles to the City of Arcadia,
an easement for storm drain purposes in portions of Lots 6 to 9 in-
clusive, of Tract No. 12527, in the City of Arcadia, and
WHEREAS, it is deemed to be for the best interests of the
City of Arcadia that said easement be acoepted,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE~OL,ED, that that certain easement
dated the 6th day of December, 1940, granting to the City of Arcadia
by Coast Federal Savin;s & Loan Aasociation of Los An :eles, a perpetual
easement for storm drain purposes in a strip of land described as the
northeasterly 10 feet of the southwesterly 20 feet of lots 6 to 9
inclusive, of Tract 12527, in the City of Areadia, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as shown on map recorded in Book 234, Pages 6 and 7
of Maps, records of said County, be and the same is hereby accepted.
~ECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was adopted
at a rep:ular
meeting of the City Council of the City of ArcBelia,
held on the~thday of
December , Hi 40, by the affirmative vote of
at least three Counc'lmen, to-wit:
