The project includes the following: A. Categorical Exemption under Class 4, Section 15304 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines as minor alteration to the land; and B. Home Owners Association Appeal No. HOA 17-01 Project Description: An appeal of the Santa Anita Oaks Home Owners’ Association Architectural Review Board Chairperson’s denial of a short review application for a new circular driveway at 1231 San Carlos Road. Appellant: Tom Crosby, Property Owner Hearing Date and Time: Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. This project was continued from the June 27, 2017 Planning Commission hearing. Place of Hearing: Arcadia City Council Chambers 240 W. Huntington Drive, Arcadia, CA Persons wishing to comment on the project and/or environmental documents may do so at the public hearing or by submitting written statements to Planning Services prior to the August 22, 2017 hearing. This notice was mailed and published in Arcadia Weekly on August 10, 2017. The staff report for this project will be available on the City’s website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov after 5:30PM on Thursday, August 17, 2017.
