HomeMy WebLinkAboutNotice of Pending Decision Notice of Pending Decision NOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the property owner of the subject property is requesting a Healthy Protected Tree Removal Permit. You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Healthy Protected Tree Removal Permit No. TRH 18 -17 Project Description: The applicant is requesting to legalize the unpermitted, significant pruning and topping of five protected trees (two Sycamore trees, two Arizona Ash trees, and one London Planetree tree) that are located in the front yard and street side yard setback areas. The trees are proposed to remain. The City has the ability to require that the applicant pay a fine, plant a replacement tree(s), and/or the plant a new tree(s) for not complying with the City’s Tree Preservation regulations. Under this process, no formal hearing is required. A notice of decision will be mailed to those residents and property owners who submit written comments on this project or request in writing to be notified of the decision. An appeal of this administrative decision may be filed within t en (10) days following the date of the decision with the required application and appeal fee. You may also visit the City’s website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov/noticesanddecisions to view this notice, the Certified Arborist’s Report, and the approval/denial letter.
