Camino Real Ave. NOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the property owner of the subject property is proposing to build a new 6,738 square foot two-story single family dwelling with an attached 410 square foot porte-cochere, and a detached 650 square foot three-car garage that is subject to the City’s Single Family Architectural Design Review process and will require removal of one mature tree located in the front yard. You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303(a) from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the construction of one single-family residence; B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 18-23 and Protected Healthy Tree Remov-al Application No. 18-23 Project Description: A 6,738 square foot two -story single family dwelling, which includes 302 square feet of high ceiling area, with an attached 410 square foot porte -cochere, and a detached 650 square foot three-car garage designed in a Prairie architectural style. As part of the construc-tion, an existing Chinese Elm located on the west side of the property within the front yard set-back will be removed.
