Per Government Code Section 65009 – If you challenge this project in court or in administrative hearing,
you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described
in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to Diana Nee, at or prior to the public hearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rancho Santa Anita Property Owner's
HOA Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing for the project
described below. The project includes the following:
PROJECT ADDRESS:1354 Michillinda Ave
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Existing House Remodel & Addition. New Pool/Spa. New
Gazebo. New Multi-Sport Court.
Lot Size: 26,400 sf
Existing Building Size (excluding the garage): 3,273 sf
New Building Size (excluding the garage): 6,153 sf
Floor Area Ratio Proposed: 7,009 sf
Floor Area Ratio Allowed: 9,600 sf
