ADJACENCIES. ALL DISCREPANCIES OR CONFLICTS WITHIN THE DOCUMENTS AND THE SITE
SHALL BE BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE ARCHITECT FOR RESOLUTION. FAILURE TO
INFORM THE ARCHITECT PRIOR TO BEGINNING OF THE WORK SHALL CONSTITUTE
ACCEPTANCE OF THE DOCUMENTS AND CONDITIONS BY THE CONTRACTOR AND THE WORK
SHALL BE COMPLETED AS DEFINED IN THE DOCUMENTS WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COST OR
TIME DUE TO THE DISCREPANCIES, CONFLICTS OR OMISSIONS.
3. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUPERVISE AND DIRECT THE WORK AND HE SHALL BE
SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CONSTRUCTION MEANS, METHODS, TECHNIQUES,
SEQUENCES AND PROCEDURES. OBSERVATION VISITS TO THE SITE BY THE ARCHITECT AND
HIS CONSULTANTS SHALL NOT INCLUDE, METHODS, TECHNIQUES, SEQUENCES, OR
PROCEDURES REQUIRED, WHICH ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR.
4. THE CONTRACTOR AND EACH SUBCONTRACTOR SHALL MAKE FIELD MEASUREMENTS
NECESSARY FOR THIS WORK, AND BE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACCURACY. VERIFY ALL
DIMENSIONS, GRADES AND CONDITIONS OF THE WORK BEFORE AND DURING
CONSTRUCTION.
5. REFERENCE TO ANY PARTICULAR DETAIL OR DRAWING IS FOR CONVENIENCE ONLY
AND DOES NOT LIMIT THE APPLICATION OF SUCH DETAIL OR DRAWING. NOTES AND DETAILS
