Dear Mr. Guardado:
This letter has been prepared subsequent to our review of the referenced structural plans for the subject site.
The purpose of this letter is to provide written confirmation that subject plans have been reviewed by the
undersigned engineer. Based on a review of the plans, the plans generally appear to be in conformance with
the intent of the project geotechnical recommendations in the above referenced report dated September 19,
2023. It should be understood that our review was limited to the geotechnical aspects of project
development and did not include review of other details on the referenced plans, structural or otherwise,
that do not directly pertain to geotechnical aspects of construction. Any future revisions or
modifications to the plans should be reviewed and approved by this office.
