you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described
in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the [ARB Chairperson Name], at or prior to the
public hearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Santa Anita Oaks Architectural Review Board
(ARB) will hold a public hearing for the project described below. The project includes the
following:
A. A Categorical Exemption from California Environmental Quality Act Pursuant to
Section 15XXX for [exemption description]
PROJECT ADDRESS: 30 Hacienda Ave, Arcadia, CA, 91006
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: New 5,864 sq ft, 2-Story, modern style single family
residence, 691 sq ft garage, and 543 sq ft patio, and a 1552 sq ft basement. The proposed
improvements will require the removal of one protected tree (Sycamore). Two new oak
trees will be planted in the front yard setback.
Lot Size: 19,220 sq. ft.
Existing Building Size (excluding the garage): 2698 sq. ft.
New Building Size (excluding the garage): 5,864 sq. ft. plus a 1552 sq. ft.

Floor Area Ratio Proposed: 6,339 sq. ft.
Floor Area Ratio Allowed: 6,394 sq. ft.
