HomeMy WebLinkAboutNoticeNOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the owner of the subject property is proposing to build a new, two-story residence, including an encroachment into the protection zone of one (1) protected tree. The project is subject to the City’s Single-Family Architectural Design Review process. You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the new construction of one, single-family dwelling. B. Single-Family Architectural Design Review No. SFADR No. 24-16 and Protected Tree Encroachment No. TRE 25-01 Project Description: The applicant is proposing a new 3,876 square foot, two-story, Prairie-style residence with an attached 649 square foot, three-car garage. The site includes one (1) protected tree which will be preserved with the development encroaching within its protection zone. An arborist evaluation has been provided for the tree.
