HomeMy WebLinkAboutNoticeNOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the owner of the subject property is proposing to build a four-unit multi-family project that is subject only to the City’s Objective Design Standards and Development Standards. The project is described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15332 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for an In-fill Development Project; and B. Multiple-Family Design Review No. MFADR No. 25-04 (SB 330) Project Description: The Applicant is proposing a new, four-unit multi-family development which includes a three-story building with approximately 1,700 square feet of living area for Units A and B, and approximately 1,600 square feet of living area for Units C and D. Each unit will include an attached two-car garage and private open space. Note: This project is only subject to the City’s Objective Design and Development Standards. The Site Plan and Design Review process, which utilizes City’s Multi-Family Design Guidelines, is not applicable to this project. The project has been determined to comply with all applicable standards and so comments are not sought from the public at this time.
