you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described
in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the [ARB Chairperson Name], at or prior to the
public hearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the SAOHOA Architectural Review Board (ARB) will
hold a public hearing for the project described below. The project includes the following:
A. A Categorical Exemption from California Environmental Quality Act Pursuant to
Section 15XXX for [exemption description]; and
PROJECT ADDRESS: 1200 Rancho Road, Arcadia CA
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A new 13150 square foot, two-stories, French country style
residence, with 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 4 garages and a 7021 square foot basement.
Lot Size: 91303 sq. ft.
Existing Building Size (excluding the garage): 4460 sq. ft.
New Building Size (excluding the garage): 13150 sq. ft. plus a
7021sq. ft. basement
Floor Area Ratio Proposed: 13150 sq. ft.
Floor Area Ratio Allowed: 17745 sq. ft.
APPLICANT: Fame Success Investments, LLC
HEARING DATE AND TIME: June 24, 2025 at 5:30pm
