NOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that a tenant of
the subject property is requesting a Minor Use Permit to allow a claw
machine business (arcade) (d.b.a. Claw Claw). You have the opportunity
to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the
project described below:
A. Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Section 15301(a)
of the CEQA Guidelines pertaining to the use of an existing
facility; and
B. Minor Use Permit No. MUP 25-04
Project Description: A Minor Use Permit to allow a new claw machine
business (arcade) location at 204 S 1st Ave. The arcade will have a
maximum of twenty (20) claw machines. The proposed business will have
business hours from 12:00PM - 8:00PM daily.
Comment Period: August 11, 2025 to August 25, 2025 at 5:30 PM
