is proposing to build a new 4-unit multi-family project that is subject to the City’s Objective
Design Standards and Development Standards. You have the opportunity to comment on the
project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below:
A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15332 from the California Environmental Quality
Act (CEQA) for an In-fill Development Project; and
B. Multiple-Family Design Review No. MFADR No. 25-03 (SB 330)
Project Description: The Applicant is proposing a new four-unit multi-family development
consisting of four (4) three-story, Contemporary-style units with a total of 7,203 square feet of
living area. Each unit will include a two-car garage and private open space. .
Note: This this project is only subject to the City’s Objective Design Standards and
Development Standards. The Site Plan and Design Review process, which utilizes City’s Multi-
Family Design Guidelines, is not applicable to this project. The project has been determined to
comply with all applicable standards and so comments are not sought from the public at this
time. As such, this notice serves to inform the public about the pending decision.
