NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold a public
hearing for the following Project, as described below:
A. A Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Section 15301(a) of the
CEQA Guidelines – Use of Existing Facilities; and
B. Conditional Use Permit No. CUP 25-02
Project Description: A request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the
operation of a new indoor children’s fitness and enrichment facility (dba:
KidStrong) within an existing 3,909 square-foot commercial unit located in the
Arcadia Gateway Center. The use includes instructor-led 45-minute classes for
children ages 1–11, with a maximum of 30 students per class. All activities would
occur entirely indoors and the Project involves no exterior changes to the building.
