NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold a public
hearing for the following Project, as described below.
A. A Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Section 15332 of the
CEQA Guidelines – In-Fill Development; and
B. Tentative Parcel Map No. TPM 25-04 (84910)
A request for a Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide the airspace for an approved four unit Cape Cod style multi-family residential condominium development. The four unit multi-family project (Multiple-Family Architectural Design Review No. MFADR 25-04) was approved previously by the City on July 2, 2025 by a streamlined review process under the provisions of Senate Bill (SB) 330.
