ANY QUESTIONS PERTAINING TO UNKNOWN CONDITIONS, CHANGES IN DESIGN, OMISSIONS IN THE DESIGN OR SCOPE OF WORK, MATERIALS, AND INSTALLATION TECHNIQUE SHALL BE DISCUSSED WITH ISD PROJECT MANAGER. UNKNOWN CONDITIONS ENCOUNTERED DURING THE COURSE OF WORK, WHICH MAY DELAY WORK OR ADD COST, WILL BE REPORTED TO THE ISD PROJECT MANAGER IMMEDIATELY, SO THAT PROPER ARRANGEMENTS CAN BE MADE WITHOUT WORK STOPPAGE. 4.FOR PURPOSES OF CLEARNESS AND LEGIBILITY, THE CONTRACT DRAWINGS ARE ESSENTIALLY DIAGRAMMATIC AND, ALTHOUGH LOCATION OF THE EQUIPMENT IS DRAWN TO SCALE, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAKE USE OF ALL DATA IN ALL THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, AND VERIFY THIS INFORMATION AT THE BUILDING SITE PRIOR TO BID TO ACCOMPLISH A COMPLETE, OPERABLE AND MAINTAINABLE INSTALLATION. 5.CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT SHOP DRAWINGS AND EQUIPMENT CUT SHEETS FOR REVIEW PRIOR TO INSTALLATION OF WORK. 6.IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO ENSURE THAT ALL APPLICABLE SAFETY LAWS ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED AND TO MAINTAIN A SAFE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT. 7.THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REPAIR AND/OR REPAINT ALL AREAS DAMAGED BY DEMOLITION OR CONSTRUCTION, AND FINISH TO MATCH EXISTING ADJACENT SURFACES. 8.DAILY, AND UPON COMPLETION OF WORK, CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE DEBRIS, RUBBISH, WASTE, AND SURPLUS MATERIAL FROM WORK SITE. 9.THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROTECT AND COVER ALL FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT IN AREAS AFFECTED BY WORK, AND UPON COMPLETION OF WORK, SHALL THOROUGHLY CLEAN ALL FIXTURES, EQUIPMENT, WALLS, CEILING, FLOOR AND HARDWARE. 10.ALL WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH THE 2022 CBC, CMC, CPC, CFC, AND CEC, AND 2022 TITLE 24 ENERGY STANDARDS AND ALL OTHER APPLICABLE CODES AND REGULATIONS. 11.A SEPARATE SPRINKLER PERMIT SHALL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS BUILDING OR MODIFICATION TO THIS EXISTING BUILDING PLANS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE FIRE DEPARTMENT FOR APPROVAL.
