NOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that a tenant of the
subject property is requesting an amendment to a Minor Use Permit to allow
accessory sauna, cryotherapy, and red light therapy rooms at an existing
2,800 square foot health and fitness facility (d.b.a. Legreeology Fitness Studio,
LLC). You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City
making a decision on the project described below:
A. Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Section 15301(a) of
the CEQA Guidelines pertaining to the use of an existing facility;
and
B. Minor Use Permit No. MUP 25-13, Amending MUP 24-04
Project Description: An amendment to Minor Use Permit No. MUP 24-04 to
allow two (2) additional rooms—six (6) total rooms—offering infrared sauna,
red light therapy, cryotherapy, or cold plunge as an accessory service to the
existing Lagree Fitness Studio. Customer numbers will remain capped at a
maximum of 17 at the fitness studio at one time. The business hours will also
remain unchanged from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., seven days a week.
