NOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the tenant of the
subject property is requesting a Minor Use Permit to serve alcoholic
beverages (beer & wine) within a restaurant located at 1025 S. Baldwin
Avenue. You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City
making a decision on the project described below:
A. Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Section 15301(a) of
the CEQA Guidelines pertaining to the use of an existing facility; and
B. Minor Use Permit No. MUP 25-15
Project Description: A Minor Use Permit to allow the sale of alcoholic
beverages (beer and wine) for on-site consumption within a proposed
restaurant at 1025 S. Baldwin Avenue.
Comment Period: February 25, 2026 to March 11, 2026 at 5:30 PM
