HomeMy WebLinkAboutNoticeNOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the owner of the subject property is proposing to build a new single-family residence that is subject to the City’s Single-Family Architectural Design Review process. You have the opportunity to provide comments prior to the City making a decision on the project described below:
A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for a new, single-family residence.
B. Single-Family Architectural Design Review No. SFADR No. 26 -05
Project Description: A new 3,448-square-foot, two-story, French Country style residence, with an attached 422-square-foot two-car garage. The residence also includes 16-square-feet of high-ceiling area and covered patios and porches totaling 252 square feet. The proposed project complies with the City’s Development Standards including setbacks, lot coverage, height, and floor area limits. The project also meets City’s Single-Family Residential Design Guidelines.
Lot Size: 8,097 square feet
New Building Area (excluding garage and high-ceiling area): 3,448 square feet
Floor Area Ratio Allowed: 44.6% (3,613.8 square feet)
Floor Area Ratio Proposed: 42.6% (3,448 square feet)
Comment Period: April 13, 2026 to April 27, 2026 at 5:30 PM
