HomeMy WebLinkAboutNoticeNOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the owner of the subject property is proposing an addition to an existing single-family residence that are subject to the City’s Single-Family Architectural Design Review process. You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15301 and Section 15303 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for additions and minor alterations to an existing single-family residence. B. Single-Family Architectural Design Review No. SFADR 25-26 Project Description: The project consists of a 419-square-foot second-story addition to an existing two-story single-family residence, consisting of an expansion of the primary bedroom walk-in closet. The project also includes minor exterior modifications such as roof and façade enhancements, removal and replacement of architectural trim elements, and repainting of the residence to improve overall architectural consistency. The addition is designed to integrate with the existing structure, maintaining the existing building height, roof form, and overall massing. No changes are proposed to the existing footprint, landscaping, or hardscape.
