NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing
for the project described below. The project includes the following:
A. A Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Section 15301(a) of the
CEQA Guidelines pertaining to the use of an existing facility; and
B.Planning Commission Administrative Modification No. PC AM 25-05
Project Description: A request to approve an updated Parking Plan at the Arcadia Hub Shopping Center that will continue to allow some uses to change over time at this commercial center through an administrative process based on the existing parking supply. Similar to the previous Parking Plans (2015 and 2020), this updated Plan will be valid for five (5) years or until there are no available parking spaces, whichever comes first.
