A.A Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Section 15301 of the CEQAGuidelines pertaining to the use of an existing facility, and
B.Conditional Use Permit No. CUP 26-06
Project Description: Conditional Use Permit to allow full-body, table massage services at an existing chair massage business (dba: Diamond Massage) located on the lower level of The Shops at Santa Anita Mall. The hours of operation will remain from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., seven days a week.
