NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold a public
hearing for the following Project, as described below.
A.A Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Section 15332 of
the CEQA Guidelines – In-Fill Development; and
B.Tentative Parcel Map No. TPM 26-04 (85348)
Project Description: A request for a Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide the airspace for an approved four-unit Spanish-style multi-family residential condominium development. The four-unit multi-family project (Multi-Family SB 330 26-01) was approved previously by the City on July 15, 2026 by a streamlined review process under the provisions of Senate Bill (SB) 330.
Applicants: Maggie Qiu/Eric Tsang (Eric Tsang Architects) on behalf of the property owner, 26 Alta, LLC.
Hearing Date and Time: Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 6:30 p.m.
